Devon/fritz, ham, chicken roll/loaf, corned beef/ silverside/ pastrami, bacon | Amber | These foods are usually high in energy, saturated fat and salt, and will probably fit into the Red category. |
Free flow chicken, canned chicken | Amber | Choose products with the lowest energy, saturated fat and sodium (salt) within the criteria.
