Essential functions of the Australian National Preventive Health Agency (ANPHA) transferred to the Department of Health from 1 July 2014.

The Secretary of the Department of Health, pursuant to subsection 17A(3) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014, is responsible for producing the financial statements
for ANPHA, as would have been required by the accountable authority under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
