This bar chart displays influenza hospitalisations per 100,000 for age bands: 0-5 months, 6-23 months, 2-4 years, 5-11 years, 12-17 years, 18-24 years, 25-49 years, 50-64 years, 65-74 years, and 75 years or over separated into Indigenous and Others. Relative rate ratios of Indigenous rate over Other rate are provided for each age band. There was an elevated rate ratio for all age bands ranging from 1.2-4.3. Confidence intervals for rate ratios were all above zero indicating significance. The young aged 0-23 months and adults aged 18 years or over had relatively higher rate ratios. The highest rate ratio was 4.3 in adults aged 50-64 years.
