The figure shows the rate of influenza notifications by type and five year age group. The data show that the rate of influenza A notification was highest in the under five years age group. Overall, rates of influenza A decreased with age. The overall rate of influenza B notification was low with the maximum rate of influenza B in the 5 to 9 years age group.
